For an easy IELTS registration process, students need to have the following documents and information:

• Valid passport: A clear scanned copy of the valid passport of the test taker is mandatory to upload during the IELTS registration process.
• Mobile Number: The test taker’s Mobile number is required to get the important notification, information, and a verification code regarding the IELTS registration process.
• Email ID: The email ID of the test taker is crucial to get updated regarding tests, tesconfirmation,on and to know the results. 

IELTS Exam Information

• Available Dates for an IELTS Exam: Students can choose suitable dates from various available dates.
• Test city: IELTS offers multiple venues across Nepal for the convenience of the students, and students can choose the best location for them.

For those under 18 students, parents’ consent is needed to take the IELTS test and IELTS is not allowed for the candidate under 16.

Once the completion of the registration process, the candidate will receive an email confirming the test date. The test venue address, the start time of your test, and the IELTS speaking test date will be confirmed five days before the test date via email.

Students will also receive an IELTS reference number to access the Test Taker Portal (IELTS on paper/IELTS on computer portal). Students can log in by entering their IELTS reference number and email ID. Your IELTS reference number can be found in your confirmation email.
